INDIVIDUALS
Ubuntu Health Solutions engages suitably qualified consultant occupational and physiotherapists to deliver services. They work in a mobile capacity, offering a range of quality assessment (and treatment/rehabilitation) services for people with an injury, illness, or disability. Our therapists can also offer telehealth services. We offer a client-centered service, with a focus on quality of life and social inclusion and participation.
Assistive Technology (AT) Assessment
Our team of occupational therapists and physiotherapists are skilled in assessing and prescribing Assistive Technology that can improve or maintain a person's functional capacity.
Physiotherapy Assessments and interventions
Our team of physiotherapists offer assessments and interventions and can make a variety of recommendations for equipment, support needs, services, and treatment.
Functional Capacity Assessments
Our team of therapists offer assessments on daily living activities and can make a variety of recommendations for equipment, support needs, services, and treatment.
Psychosocial Disability Assessments
We have experienced mental health occupational therapists who can assess the needs of those with a psychosocial disability.

We have Driver Trained Occupational Therapists who are qualified and registered to offer a range of assessments and services in relation to driving and vehicle modifications.
Worksite & Ergonomic Assessments
Our team of occupational therapists and physiotherapists offers a range of worksite and ergonomic assessments.
Housing Assessments
Our team of therapists offer comprehensive housing / accommodation needs assessments. This includes NDIS SIL and SDA assessments.
Medicolegal Assessments
Our team of occupational therapists has experience in completing Medicolegal Assessments. We can provide medicolegal reports which include the impact of a client’s injury or illness on all aspects of daily functioning and recommendations for current and future needs and costs.
